Meh, I'm a fan myself, but for me, size is secondary to proportion and perk. They need to fit before big is nice.

For one, they need to at least give me 40 crunches + 30 proper pushups and the ability to jog 3 miles. I call this criteria an euphemism for `no fat bitches allowed`.

I'm actually glad for the scars I have, they make my muscles look better imo. Can't you just ask the doctors who did the operation for advice? A couple years from now they could probably cut out the scar; that's what they did for my buddy who had a tumor pushing on his c3/c4 vetebrae that had to be removed (roughly three years ago; he was a football center and is now a rugby lock, so fuck what you know about recovery from spinal surgery.... but your doctor still knows a lot, so listen to him!) srsly though, scar is going to look badass in two years when you're ripped as fuck froadac. You gonna be making out with some girl, and she's gonna be running her hands along your back (because you'll have baller traps, and even better spinal erectors) and she'll suddenly be like "OMG WHAT IS THAT?!??!" and you'll tell her about where you came from and she'll fucking melt. I can see it now, happening on my porch... Or any other porch. You already look four years older than you did in your last pictures, just because you've grown a little and you're not so thin. Keep fucking lifting, get huge, get awesome, right?

It looks like Harry Potter: Manmode edition btw.

@sneakyz hell yeah. Just gotta get the traps to carry it around on like Tom Hardy. @mordek kick some ass man. TLHF fighting! Went to chiropractor, Hip/back feels a lot better. There's probably not a disk issue - but if there is, it's the very last lumbar disk, and I'm going to be damn careful about it. Most of my problems/pain are in my sacrum and SI joint. I've always known I had tight hip flexors (and internal rotators, I think), but he commented that some of the low back musculature that's very underdeveloped, and that I'm not activating when I walk, run, sit, lift weights, etc. so that, combined with the hip flexors (and poor squat form and rugby) are probably why I keep having SI joint problems. Really been focusing on fixing that in my posture the last couple days - bringing my hips more forward when I'm standing up, squeezing all my lower back muscles, and my obliques, and it's made a big difference. That and a couple rehab exercises, three days in and I'm suddenly pain free, and all the cracking, grinding, popping noises that happened in my SI joint every time I took a step or changed position are gone. Tried squatting; was very careful of form, and it felt DAMN good even though it was only 60kg. Going to slowly work up on that, and try to get back to ~120kg over the next three months or so.

Just so you can't tell this is a completely drunk post, my training is going well. Lifting 3x a week, cycling two, tough mudder training, about to start boxing conditioning, and playing soccer tomorrow (and possible all sundays from indoor soccer league). Two or three years ago I used to sit at my computer until 5 AM. Now I can't wait to go to bed so I can own it up the next day.
