Sleep goals -- Try to maintain a good sleeping schedule and not fuck it up with girl shit or any life problems. Sleep is #1. Misc goals - Get a job and gtfo out of this country. :D Rape Decaf's number and show him why I am awesome. Training goals -- Current/Goal Back Squat (high bar ATG) = 140kg 2x2 / 3x5 150kg Deadlift: 160kg / 180kg Press: 60kg / 75kg Bench Press: 80kg / 100kg Be able to hold a planche for 5 or more seconds! Nutrition goals -- More strict Paleo with IF. Sleep goals -- Get a sleeping schedule, my god I can't live another year with only 6 hours of sleep a day >_> Misc goals -- Study more seriously, hit blue ranks in SCBW. Edit: forgot planche! | ||

Try to get protein at every meal. Sleep goals -- Get better at falling asleep, go to bed before 12am. Not sure if my goals are too high or too low. Only time will tell. I will be very happy with myself when I hit these numbers. | ||

Sleep goals 11pm - 7am Misc/stress goals Finish undergrad Be published The most important goal for me is not to miss any gym sessions. That was by far the biggest set back for me last year. Also need to join a new gym. My gym membership expired at the end of november and I moved around that time, so need to get off my ass and find a new gym so I can get back into it. | ||

I first posted in this thread (2011 version) on January 21st at 6'4" 280 lbs body weight, being down from 310lbs in December of 2010. I made several updates throughout the year, and with the help of this amazing, life changing community, I lost 108 lbs over the course of the year. My final goal was to reach 200 lbs body weight by January 1st 2012, but a week ago I reached 202 lbs and decided it was the perfect time to stop losing weight and change goals. Here are before and after pictures :D + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]() I was going to post about how I got to this point, but instead I'm gonna keep it short and just say thank you to TL H&F community for helping me get to this point. The only reason I was able to lose the weight was because of what I learned here. And a special thanks to Eshlow for making the thread and filling it with all of the helpful info. Age: 22 || Height: 5'10 || Weight: 220 Starting Date: 01/01/12 || Goal Date: 12/31/12 Weight goals -- Cut weight and lean out to at least 200. No less. Training goals -- No specific numbers, but I want to use primarily body weight exercise to achieve my goals. After doing a ton of weight training for football, I want to use body weight to be more athletically fit and focus on using body weight strength/power gains to use in martial arts/rugby. Nutrition goals -- Drink less coffee, drink more water. Substitute fat foods for higher protein food. Count calories and keep track of what I eat, but still enjoy life. Sleep goals -- At least 8 hours a night. 1AM-9AM would be good, or anything of that sort. Misc: Will update as I grow. Also to note: you guys should check out myfitnesspal.com if you want to check calorie counting. Thing helps - my girfriend uses it. Alternatively, Menshealth.com has another really good one as well. | ||
