Age: 17 || Height: 5'4" || Weight: 105lbs Starting Date: 1/1/12 || Goal Date: 6/16/12 (surgery date), and 12/31/12 (end of year) Weight goals -- Get heavier. I actually don't know a good target weight for me. I"m guessing 140+? Training goals -- Gym every M/W/F. No excuses. Follow that SS. Improve dramatically upper body strength. Ideally 100+ bench/reg press. Nutrition goals -- More protein, fewer carbs. Sleep goals -- Don't stay up late for no reason, 7.5+ hours/night Misc/stress goals -- Get handle on life. DX More whole milk. Picture + Show Spoiler + @eshlow: what would be good goals? | ||

My goals are not very ambitious but I know I improve very slowly at bench and press so we'll see what happens | ||

Age: 21 || Height: 1.84m || Weight: 89kg Starting Date: 01/01/2012 || Goal Date: 30/06/2012 Weight goals -- ~80kg Training goals -- Keep doing SS until I hit following goals, then might switch to full body weight strength training: Squat: 120kg -> 150kg Bench: 80kg -> 105kg ( Sadly I didn't try my max at the end of year so it might've been higher, I was doing 70kg 5x5, but my goal still stays the same.) Deadlift: 150kg -> 180kg OHP: 55kg -> 65kg ( Same as bench, didnt actually test my limits and trained with 50kg 5x5 ) Nutrition goals -- Try to follow pure paleo for 6 months at least ( just need to remove cream and milk ). Sleep goals -- No more allnighters and 7.5h+ of sleep every night. Misc/stress goals: Much less slacking with gym so I can actually reach these goals. Spend more time with school studies so I don't need allnighters again. | ||

From the relatively close numbers between BP and Squat you can notice I feel much more comfortable exercising my arms. Hope this changes asap. - Work on a proper studying schedule. I need to study a shit ton this year so I need to be extremely disciplined. - Finish reading the A song of Ice and Fire novel - Improve at English and learn basic French - Dedicate a couple hours a week to drawing and painting A fun but not so serious goal - Get to Masters on SC ASAP so I can reach this old goal and stop playing the game. | ||

Age: 22 || Height: 5'7" or 1.74m || Weight: 231lbs or 105kg Starting Date: 01/01/2012 || Goal Date: 31/12/2012 Weight goals -- below 85 kgs and I'll cry from happiness Training goals -- be able to run 2 miles (3.2 Kms) train all year long fit into smaller pants size (currently 40/32 W/L... want to go down to 36W at least) not be embarrassed by how I look eat regularly, more than 2x a day, smaller portions, actually count calories. I'm going to die doing this, aren't I? | ||

I'm going to die doing this, aren't I? i started my fitness journey around august last year and i am down to 190lb from 220. given alot of that was water weight, but dont worry progress will come. in the mean time try not to focus too much on weight loss as a goal. focus on something like distance/time ran or some other intermediate goal(maybe dieting?). it will motivate you much more and is what made my recent weight loss actually possible as opposed to the past times ive tried. | ||

Do HIIT 3x/week and long run 1x/week. - Squat 315 lb - DL 335 lb - Bench 225 lb - OHP 135 lb - Learn full cleans and snatch, work on my Jerk Misc Goals: - Life on a schedule. Sleep at a regular time, lift and eat in the mornings before class. - Consistency in working out. Right now, I'll go hard for a month, and then something pops up and I set myself back 2 weeks. Three months to get up to those three plates. I should have been able to do this by LAST march, but my fucking knees couldn't handle it. I don't expect to have any problem with it this time though, gonna HIT THESE GOALS. | ||
