Try to start from a position like where I am with the bar paused at 7 seconds. 2 other things to work on 1 - combining your clean form with your drop clean form. Your clean right now is basically a powerclean that you ride into a front squat (dont worry we all start off that way). You want to be catching your clean where you are catching your drop clean at. 2 - moving your feet. you're doing a good job getting under the bar in the drop cleans and not coming forward, but now you need to work on moving your feet from your pull stance (usually around shoulder width give or take depending on the person) to your catch/squat position (usually a bit wider). | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Monday heavy squats, trying to go for a max 3 sets of five. h sn (hip) + h sn (knee) - (1+1)x5 clean pull + h. clean (knee) - (2+1)x5 heavy push press, sets of five Wednesday sn complex (sn+h sn from knee+sn push press+OHS) 2 cleans+1 jerk front squat heavy triples Friday power cl+power jerk - 2(2+1)x5 sn push press+sn balance (3+1)x5 squat heavy triples Sunday sn up to max for the day c&j up to max for the day squat to max This week I got plenty of rest so I just went for maxes on friday. I do a lot of bar/work with light weight for technique. I also add some rack jerks and some core work that's not in the program. We are doing too many variations and not enough classic lifts, my training partner has a lot of technique problems and is really inconsistent on the snatch specially so we just took out most lifts from the floor. Gonna stick closer to sn c&j once this cycle is done. I'm not sure how good this cycle is lol but I've been having progress. | ||

Dimsum finally hittin PRs! Cant believe some of those cj misses, thought you had 115 every time lol. cleans were perfect Went in today hungover as fuck but i'm home for the weekend and i <3 my gym. ended up snatching up to 110 a couple times and then pr cj doubles at 140 and and 145. 150 attempt was ugly lol. i'll put up vid later | ||

I had a good bit of fatigue since I had about 1 min rests in between lifts, which showed in my cj lol. Im feeling a 220+ total in the next coming weeks. | ||
