You can try maxing singles after every workout. My squat skyrocketed when I was on the squat nemesis program. Granted, I wasn't oly lifting at the same time but it should let you maintain your squat even when you're fatigued.

I'll try that next time, If I can hit a single for at least 90-95% I think it'd be pretty good. Got a 235lb clean today, 10lb PR jsfdgfwejrts. My right wrist is hurting really bad because of snatches so I can't jerk very good, I stopped the jerks at 185lbs then just kept on cleaning. Best c&j is 210lbs, but I think I'm good for the 225lbs once the wrist gets better. My clean has gone up 25lb since I started training with bumpers lol.

My coach's main cue is either 'more feet' or 'too slow'...so i usually just think about moving my feet faster. i literally only focus on the pressure on my feet as i pull and it helps me relax everything else and move faster.

Got bodyweight snatch!! 175lbs. Got 170lb for a 5lb PR then just went for 175lb and got it on second try. The videos got chopped up but I'll upload anyway lol. I think the lifts looked pretty good, I didn't jump forward on any of them and felt good overhead, still room to move faster and catch deeper though. BW snatch was my goal for mid April, gonna set a new one lol.

last week i hit 91x2 snatch, 120cj and 122 clean!

i have been trying to fix my twist and its not so bad right now. I have been working alot of ohs and push press into my program and it seemed to fix a lot of my rotating on the jerk.

So... I didn't train from 6 March to 2 April because of school (it's my last semester for uni). Got in my first workout in a while yesterday, front squats up to 145kg then some triples at 130kg.

Will be interesting to see how long it will take me to get my strength and old lifts back (110/130/170 Sn/CJ/FS). I'm still busy as hell right now but I should have enough time to train 3x a week until I'm done exams at the end of this month, then back to full time in the summer.

will be going heavy the next three weeks. Im pretty sure my openers for my meet on may 4th will be 93/115. I need 99/120 to qualify for nationals.

Is the 99/120 requirement for the 69kg class? Darn, the Canadian requirement is 9 kg lower to qualify for nationals. Just goes to show the level difference in our male lifters I guess.

I'm going to swap into the program on the first page that DimSum recommends for the first time today. I've been learning the lifts for the past few weeks and I want to try doing a full workout for olympic stuff. Looking forward to getting to play with it. These lifts are a lot of fun.

I'm planning on doing a linear weight progression for the excercises with some common sense thrown in. So I can press 55 3x5, so I'll start push press at 45 and work up instead of from an empty bar.

A question about core excercises (as I've never done them) I only really know about the plank. What others are there I can use and what I'm assuming normal 3x5 is good.
