Started with just the bar, and moved up to 40 kg, and finally did a few reps with 50 kg. Was completely exhausted at the end. | ||

Disgusting...and by that i mean perfect. Unrelated, i need to work on coming out of the hole on cleans. for some reason i can usually only do it on light weights and competition lifts...need to work on it at heavier training weights. | ||

The only thing worth capturing today: + Show Spoiler + Then went on to clean and jerk a whopping 85kg because i couldn't get up with 88. Coach is writing me a front squat heavy program for the next cycle, that ought to help with the horribly weak legs I have. | ||
