hope ian wilson kills it out there. p.s. this LSUS program is brutal/retarded LOL. i had to explain to the less experienced lifters that they should never do this program. snatch grip deadlifts are HARD after the first five. | ||

Back view - my arms and shoulders look uneven like I'm pulling more with one side. I make sure my hands are even in the start so I don't think it's a grip width issue. + Show Spoiler + ![]() This is the worst catch of today lol, it's way too crooked, not all of them are so extreme but I guess this is a good example of what I think it causing my forearm to work more. + Show Spoiler + ![]() I've got no idea how to fix it. I might start doing some light shoulder exercises to activate everything back there before or after training. | ||

It might be the camera angle though. im looking through some other vids and i dont really see anything. Add some snatch pulls/deadlifts to reinforce the first pull. Maybe some upper back work too. | ||

Though I've noticed that in both the snatch and the clean, you have pretty early arm bend. It's especially evident in the right elbow but it could be symmetrical and just hard to see from the angle that the video was taken from. I would say you'd have better luck keeping the bar closer to you if you didn't unlock your elbows so early in the snatch as that seems to bring the bar into your hips in a big loop versus if your elbows were locked it would be a more straight glide up your thighs and into your hips. I can't say much about the clean though, mine is atrocious =p Keep it up! | ||
