I think you messed up your numbers????
no thts right
I think he meant: a) you are already very light, you should try to put on more weight instead of dropping 6 more pounds b) why do you go to the gym so frequently, what do you do?

oh haa i should of explained im on a long distance running track team
Started SS about a week or two ago... This week I did 1x5 135 DL 3x5 80 Press 3x5 115 Squat 3x5 155 BP
Are these numbers looking okay (5'9-10", 155lbs)? Also, I kinda messed up my scheduling and did DL, Press and Squat rather than what SS said. Is that okay or should I really be trying to stick to the program?

Revert to SS protocol.
And lol at your bench being higher than your squat and DL.... :p

Yeah...I've done BPs a lot last year, but I only learned everything else basically this week D:
does anyone know how "hydrating" milk is? today and yesterday i had 8 litres of milk but no water. should i be drinking 1 litre of water aswell? or 2 litres...?
im asking after the water/hydration thread in general said milk is a food and that it actually uses up water to break it down and so isnt as efficient as you'd expect at hydration...(at least thats what i gathered from the mess of a thread). also i never feel refreshed after drinking milk and dont like to drink it when im feeling thirsty

Well milk is 90% water so you should be fine I guess. The general guideline is 1 liter of water for every 1000 calories consumed.

However, I've been away from home for almost a month now, staying in Alaska, then WA, then AZ, and eventually heading back home. Over the course of my travels, I seem to have lost about 7 pounds. Not sure if that's from the cold, eating less, stress from travel, or what. I finally stepped onto a scale after a while and almost shat a brick at the numbers I saw.
But I don't really think I like how I look this skinny tbh. Aside from just sort of stuffing my face with ice cream or chocolate, are there any tips or tricks to re-gaining a bit of fat? And while this last bit sounds impossible, I've got to ask anyway. Are there any tricks and such to encourage it to go to the right places?
you could possibly get into a habit of drinking a litre of milk a day? this would a) give you a nice targetted habit to maintain fluid intake b) give you the goodness of milk c) ~600 extra calories/day
what are the right places? just curious :d
Eh, I'm kinda flat, not as curvy as I'd like, etc. Use your imagination, lol.
lol... you should have used our new meme image
I always thought that women typically stored fat in butts, thighs and hips; I don't know if there's a magic diet that'll, ummm, drop your breasts' letter grade...?
Haha, neither do I, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask, lol
Where the fat stores is genetics so you can hope you are blessed with good ones

Well, every beginners numbers are low and so are yours. Even if they were in kilograms (which I highly doubt) they would be really unbalanced (high bp, low squat/dl). Just keep on doing SS, eat alot and the numbers will skyrocket.

Yeah, exactly. If you eat like a horse, sleep right, and hit the gym 3 days a week, your lifts will improve dramatically over the next three months. I started at 140x5 squat (at 188 pounds body weight) and moved up to 265x5 on SS over three months.
But still, that bench press is really high compared to your other lifts ... I've never seen anybody who benched less than they dead lifted, unless we're talking the very high level competition guys who wear the benching shirts.

I think the reason why is that he had benched plenty before and only just started deadlifting.

i think it's pretty normal that someone's bench is higher than their squat/deadlift only because all people ever know how to do is bench in the first place lol
just came back from the gym. haven't done weighted pull ups in forever and it showed. i struggled with 3x5. gone are the days when 3x5 was a walk in the park. can't wait to switch gyms so i can finally do weighted chins/pull ups again.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I mean, his lifts will normalize over a little bit of time.
Speaking of benching, this is my favorite bench press related video:
