Have two days off now and gonna need them. Also had a terrible night with not too much sleep before, so that didn't help either. My lower back is wasted. Maybe I'm gonna go far smaller increments than 2,5kg for squats now.

I did a marathon in 2005. I remember a lot of pain. Trained 8 months for it and was around ~100Kg bodyweight, it was quite a project. Is that your first marathon?

I thought about pickup basketball, but I usually get really tired after about 2 hours, and perform like shit during my next lift session, so now what i do is usually pick up on friday immediately after workout, then use the 2 days to recover from both basketball and lifting

Had a quite nice workout today.
Flat bench: worked up to two singles of 90kg and the one 95kg. Tied my old 1RM and then did 75kg x 9, beating last workouts big PR by 2 reps. Finished up with 2 sets of BW Dips x 12.

It was supposed to be 17C (hoooot!) and sunny on monday here...then it dropped to 0.
At least it makes finals studying a little better.

I lifted outdoors today and had a terrible workout. I was really mad and was slamming the weight and cursing in front of little kids that were watching lol.

just came back from a quick jog outside, cool and sunny, perfect weather for jogging. Stopped by a park, and did three quick sets of pull ups: 9-8-3 and ran back

Back from the gym, and all my lifts were a success :D
Squat 3x5@195lbs (last two reps of each set were difficult though) Bench 3x5@125lbs (practiced having proper form, great time to do so after a reset) Pullups 15@BW+10lbs, 2x10@BW+10lbs
Looking forward to working out again next week, all of these squats in the program have turned that exercise from one of my most hated to one of my most loved :D
