On the bright side i did a few full speed sprints and went all practice without an ankle brace..a bit of pain but felt awesome to fun top speed. Workout was CJ 110 for 4 doubles (did push jerk cause it felt better on my ankle..still sore from monday so that was exhausting) and 3 triples at 60 and 70 for snatch. Followed by like 30 minutes of sprints (2500 yards total T_T) and an hour of hitting drills and rugby (which was awesome).

My dad has a terrible back, along with my brother. Es no bueno. Wish my local rugby team was good. I played freshman year, and it was a blast. Now though, some crazy woman is the coach and she makes the game not fun at all. I love it. Wish it was bigger in my neck of the woods.
