distract the joint (pull it out and away) and do some mobility/passive range of motion work and see if that helps

Try to loosen up some forearm muscles too w/ massage to them and where it hurts

Shitty workout, only had 4 hours of sleep when my boss called and wanted me to work. IT WAS MY DAY OFF DAMN IT

Messed up during power clean, somehow I caught the weight in between my shoulder and my biceps. Couldn't drive my elbow up and my hand/wrist got in an awkward position. Now my forearm and elbow hurts

I used to be a stud when it came to squatting. We used to lift like a mother for football, when I played. Freshman year, all I focused on was squatting. I weighed 163 lbs, and put up 315 lbs. Problem is now, my back is all screwed up because of it. Probably too young to be trying that much weight.

Also, i will be starting a donation fund to buy decaf an icebath...jk but between rugby 4 times a week and oly lifting 3 times a week...my body is getting the shit kicked out of it lol. On the bright side i did a few full speed sprints and went all practice without an ankle brace..a bit of pain but felt awesome to fun top speed.

Workout was CJ 110 for 4 doubles (did push jerk cause it felt better on my ankle..still sore from monday so that was exhausting) and 3 triples at 60 and 70 for snatch. Followed by like 30 minutes of sprints (2500 yards total T_T) and an hour of hitting drills and rugby (which was awesome).
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?

That's likely a part of it; it could also be hereditary. My dad has a terrible back, along with my brother. Es no bueno.

Wish my local rugby team was good. I played freshman year, and it was a blast. Now though, some crazy woman is the coach and she makes the game not fun at all. I love it. Wish it was bigger in my neck of the woods.

I was squatting 90kgs last june before i went cold turkey and didnt lift for 6 months

I'm barely above what I was lifting back then for all my lifts P

I feel you man, after yesterday's session I feel like I've been hit by a train. I pray they still have the ice bath at my old gym since I'll be looking out for it later today.

Like I said in my original post I am getting married and because that is a big day in my life I am going to attempt get my BF % that low. Weights and attaining strength goals have never been too challenging for me since all I have to do is up my calorie intake and I shoot up in both weight and strength, but the biggest struggle for me personally is taking the weight off. I LOVE food and have basically no self control. If something yummy is put in front of me there is about a 90% chance its going in my body. Because of that, goals such as my current one are extremely hard for me and since I do not ever plan on being in a bodybuilding competition getting married may be the only real motivation I have for getting a BF% that low. It just one of those times in life where you want to really push yourself and see what you capable of.

So I haven't read through the whole 100+ pages of this thread so if I'm be redundant please forgive me but I was just curious what body part you guys find the most and least enjoyable to work out.
For me I LOVE back days and in particular shrugs are my favorite exercise. My least favorite day is chest in all honesty probably because I have the hardest time making gains in this area. Also do the majority of you guys always work out with a partner is it mostly solo?

Shrugs Dumbells 135x15 ( I think it was 135, I was in the zone and just grabbed it and went for it)

In the past I always liked push days over pulls, i.e. chest and shoulders over biceps and backs, they were just easier for me to push my limits for some reason. Now in doing SS every exercise is awesome My only problem is that I'm going to start hitting the limits of my grip strength soon, without chalk anyways.

I've never done that that much in shrugs and curls simply because my forearms would give out wayyyy before my traps even started feeling anything

Yeah I will occasionally feel some crazy forearm burn after some trap workouts but I do them alot so my grip strength has greatly improved. I actually was planning on going crazy heavy with barbell shrugs but my strap broke so I had to settle with dumbbell shrugs instead. Planning on getting a new pair this week and hit that barbell hard.
Eat, Sleep, Lift......Repeat.

Just started again last week (With "practical programming" from the SS wiki site linked in the OP) and sprint intervals on my off days. Feeling great.

But after 1 week I am worrying if my legs will fit into my well tailored suits a month from now ...

dude judging from your pics you already have a pretty awesome body. but I still wish you good luck in your quest for 6% bf.

I used to like bench pressing, but since i've started doing squats I love those more! weighted chin ups are pretty cool too, and of course deadlifts!

Favorite: legs legs legs legs and more legs.
Pretty much hit every body part with the oly lifts so I don't really have a least favorite area. Although I haven't really done any chest work in months, I can still rep 100+ kg so I'm not worried about it.
