Fitness- 1. Went from being able to run half a mile to 5 miles without stopping 2. Recorded lost 25 pounds 177-155 but that was compared with a doctor check up from July 2010 to March 2011 but I was fatest in November. I am assuming 30+ pounds lost 3. Started lifting weights now and has notible results on my chest
Diet- 1. Still eat junk food but a lot less often 2. Became Lacto-Vegetarian in January and it's been 2.5 months now. These past 2.5 months have been the highest improvement in weight loss
Life- 1. Got a girlfriend :D 2. Much happier overall 3. I get compliments all the time on how much better I look 4. I can fit into medium shirts now, this is a life 1st
The reason I started my weight loss was because I looked so horrible in my Terran t-shirt. I was disgusted with myself and I promised myself I would start running right after black Friday. I got some great advice on here I would just like to express my thanks to TL.

Nice! *high five*
what's your reason for going vegetarian?
I wanted to see if I could do it for 3 months. I did do some research on animal cruelty but I am not doing it for the animals. I think I will extend it for the entire year or for another 3 months.

Congrats Aegeis! I hit my new years goal of 12 min 1.5 mile last week. Pretty proud of myself considering I couldn't do it in 16 minutes when I started running 4 months ago. You have inspired me to run 5 miles without stopping today instead of my usual 3.
sJarl makes my jaw drop. I bench 60kg and think it's hard. Only excuse I have is some cold raping my body the last few days. True beast. Can't wait till I hit your level.
Also Cold raped my bench, could barely do 40kg today q_q

Damn, colds can wreck you but they mostly affect my appetite.
Finally my adductors doesn't hurt when I squat I'm taking it slow now, starting on 90 kgs even though I could do more. I don't want any pain this time!
@sjarl, yes heavy compound lifting carries over to other lifts! Nice work, but i have no idea how you lift in those shorts
Snatched heavy for the first time in god knows how long probably like 4 weeks. Got up to 100kg, finished really well up until 95 and then 100kg kept going in front of me, had to walk out like 6 steps. 3 days in a row of lifting and 2 days of practice + eating good is doing wonders for me. Although my hips are completely shot lol. Decided since my shoulder still feels the same, i'm just gonna keep icing + rolling it hardcore every night and keep lifting.
ex-gf showed video of me cj 140 to her friend who replies "i dont care if he's not a 10, with those muscles nice job hitting that! ROFL must be all the curls i do ^_^
Since i know all of you guys will be in the gym and eating healthy tomorrow i'll be sure to have an irish car bomb for each of you! Happy St. Patty's!
To anyone who is interested! I am a brother to two personal trainers and know quite a bit about fitness and nutrition. Any specific questions not answered here pm me and I will answer to the best of my knowledge. Good luck to everyone in their goals!
My own personal goals: Went from 260 and about 30.3% Body fat, down to 175 and 10% body fat. The way I feel and how much more energy I have now is amazing. When you achieve things like that it really turns your life around. Nothing better than people complimenting on how good you look! =D
