If it's already popped back in then typical rehab for rotator cuff strengthening and all movements of shoulder joint is typical

Terrible day. Was super pumped to go lift then life just shat on me. Well not really but got a terrible result on an exam so I sat around morose and played 4v4s t.t Ended up drinking a coke and eatng a dojourno after 4 months. t.t
Back to the slog monday.

Is it bad to stretch without warming up? Like I'm sitting at work and just start to do some stretches just to have something else to do?

I'm colon cleansing this week for the first time. I'm feeling a bit better, but I'm hungry almost all the time. Have you guys got any tips for me? Also, I'm natural colon cleansing by eating only raw fruits and vegetables.

Btw today i did 106kg x 3 x 5 squat 72kg x 3 x 5 bench 120 x 1 x 1 (my hands were killing mE ) 100 x 1 x 4 deadlift :o

I'm 6'1" tall and I weigh close to 200 pounds. Not really fat, but I'm getting there, and I only give myself another 4 or 5 years before I completely ruin my body. I guess I'll search through this thread more carefully for some tips on 'eating right' that seem attainable to me. So far all I've managed to do is cut out soda and fast food from my diet.

I usually wear it around waist level, but that would cover up too much.
It was to show my full ab (or the somewhat lack of) and a bit of hip.
