Decided to try and actually eat proper food for a bit, then realised I literally don't know how to make a meal that doesn't use rice/pasta/potatos/trash as the main base. Rice(either white or brown), potatoes, sweet potatoes, oats, quinoa, buckwheat, heck even bread and pasta are fine if you aren't making them 80% of the calories of the meal you're eating(so, if it's spaghetti and meatballs for example, make the meatballs with good lean beef and eat more of them and less noodles). Also while we're at it saturated fat is not the antichrist and you won't die if you eat whole eggs or not 97% lean beef. Sat fat and cholesterol are actually extremely important for men to eat, people just obviously take it too far the other direction. | ||
