Like: the sign changed from "Walk," to "Don't Walk," to "Walk" again within 30 seconds. Just seems much more natural to include punctuation that isn't a part of the quote outside of the quote. I heard it has something to do with Benjamin Franklin and America being unique? Is this only done in the states? This is normal and completely makes sense to me. Kids these days...

Makes more sense to include punctuation inside a quote when it's actually part of the quote, and outside wen it's not. E.g.: He said "how are you doing?" vs Did he say "no"? In example 1, the quote is of someone asking a question, so the question mark goes with it. In example 2, the word is a statement, so the question mark goes outside as it's part of the general sentence. If the question mark was inside, it would imply someone said "no" in a questioning way.# The US likes to include it inside the quote all the time, just to be 'Merican.

You don't even need to go in. It's off the wifi so just park out front and get it and then drive off. No human interaction required!

It is used exactly like how you described in the US too by the majority of people who care enough to observe grammar. Some people will keep it all in-quotes for consistency. I have not seen a large number of people always keeping it in quotes, moreso than anywhere else.

I think it's to create a higher barrier for entry to keep the Alarics of the world out ;P

Mega Charizard X is cool because Dragon, but the design is kinda... Not to mention the ability boosts physical moves, when he's historically a Special Sweeper. If you want a good Mega Charizard X, it's more or less the opposite of a normal Charizard. Although, if he can get the good Dragon physical moves like Dragon Claw or Outrage, it could be good. Looks like he can TM Dragon Claw. So Dragon Claw, Flare Blitz, Dragon Dance (Egg Move), filler to taste could work. Edit: looks like he can also tutor Outrage. So maybe not as bad as I thought.
