Generally, yes. But its more of a combo way of doing it. If you think about it as a play Geddon, Play Acolyte,Geddon Trigger. For 10 mana you drew a card and will likely get one more unless he uses target removal on it.

The idea here is "How can we make Baron Geddon a less bad card?" rather than "How can we maximised Acolyte of Pain?". So yes, pinging Acolyte is in theory more efficient but if you're stuck with the constraint of having Baron Geddon it's one of the ways to at least get some value. And hey, maybe you can ping something else (maybe kill an X/3).

Give me a restriction. I'll make a meta deck that wins with it. I'm not as mean as Req. Shadowform. Mostly because I have 2 of these things and want a way for them to not be useless (although that's probably a bit too much to hope for--even if you use them they'll probably still be useless). You didn't use Murloc Raider. I used the better Murloc Raider.
What's the point of us giving you restrictions if you don't obey them. I'm pretty sure not including murloc raider is not including as many murlocs as possible.
How about all creatures must have taunt and at least half of your deck must be said taunt creatures.
(extra clarification, you can't put giants or defender of argus in your deck because they do not innately have taunt on themselves even if you can give them taunt, so no walls of giants)

how is gedon a bad card? it's just situational. gedon is really good in control decks vs weenie decks. gedon + acolyte is pain retarded if that's all you're going for.

You can play Murloc Raider to go more aggressive, the 2/1 rare that gives +1hp makes the deck more resilient.
As for taunts. http://www.hearthhead.com/deckbuilder#cMkj7Mdv7MAm7Mab7MfB7MmK7MoN7MqY7Mj57MaA7MaP7MAa7MrF7MzR7MbY8V
You're playing wombo combo. Divine Spirits into Innerfires/Alchemists.
16 taunts with the no Argus Clause, the deck is much weaker for obvious reasons. No giants tho, they dumb.

yo Cixah, make a deck without any 4 drops. ninja edit: no 1 drops allowed either

It's not a matter of situational, this is a matter of make a deck with the cards in it. I know what you would use it for (and even then it doesn't really help to much as you're likely low at that point in the game vs weenies).
It doesn't prevent more from being played though which is always nice. There isn't any other Synergistic combo with Geddon. Which is sad because the card itself is really fun to play tbh. I wish it had a "living bomb" mechanic that gives a enemy guy living bomb that blows up for Attack Damage to everything on either side of it at the end of controllers turn.

I'll take it, since the hunter burn is basically a no 4 drop deck. Why the ancestral spirit?
|
Ancestral for things like your Mana Tides/muklas/Unbounds. It makes the deck have a lot more fortitude vs decks that have to trade guys.

Make a deck where all cards start with the same letter.

Anybody here got an Xbox One and want a Titanfall beta code?

Probably not lol. It's not the worst, but has lots of sub optimal shit in it.

cixah, can you make me a druid deck to get past rank 10? i have cairne, thalnos, rag, leeroy, and every druid card except the legendary. i could craft it if it's totally necessary.

Don't put healing touches in it and you'll be a lot better off than you currently are.... ;o
