The Terran could have attacked, but Yamatoing everything was the safer play. The Zerg couldn't destory the tanks, but that didn't even matter because with the Ravens/Vikings/single BC the mutas wouldn't survive an attack on his buildings. The entire maps was effectively mined out. No more minerals were left and neither side has enough to build on the geyser to take the last 60 gas.
Outside of this game, I've found SC2 in 2014 very enjoyable to watch.

What I'm saying is that the Terran had a BC that, give the comps that both players were left with, gave him a slow high percentage win option over the faster riskier one and wanted to take it. The Zerg got off due to meta.
Also, Terran is the worst race right now.

Weren't Zergs the stars of WoL too anyway? Terran was only dominant at the beginning when the game was unrefined and cheese rampant.

S+O really depends on whether the AI wants to be spam happy or not.
Sometimes you get utterly screwed and stun locked.
I agree though, original Capra demon was a bitch. Those dogs. Gwyn is also a bitch, then you realize all his attacks are parry-able and he's a joke.
I think both games kind of depend on your combat skill level and your knowledge of the move set more than anything. I think demon souls is harder, but unfortunately I havnt put in nearly the same number of hours.
That's why I'm pumped for ds2, will get owned repeatedly.

O&S was fairly easy for me - just a few tries to figure out their skill sets and get around some spammy AI. 4 shotting Ornstein made things fairly easy though.
I hated Capra Demon because I use slower weapons on this character and I think I must have had original Capra because I was constantly stunlocked in the entrance by both dogs. I've never been so infuriated by a solo campaign before

Idk, I don't have internet on my PS3, so it's never been patched or anything, but I never encountered that. Even without the stair trick, he only had like two moves that were both slow and blockable. The dogs were annoying but if you went in that little hallway area to the right, only one reached you at time, and you could kill both with the Halberd strong attack.

After the patch you had zergs you never heard of before win tournaments and shit. The infamous "patchzergs"
