They'll be vetted users who I trust enough to actively balance teams in lobby, shot call during game, and progressive enough to help lowbies postmatch. The first is easy enough but I feel like we're severely lacking on leadership in the second and third points. I probably attend less than half these IHs and I want these games to have the same quality when I'm away as they are when I'm around. I'll have an open forum as well, to let everyone give feedback on what else they're expecting from these IHs going into preseason 4. Lastly, pick your god damn role and speak motherfuckers. There's probably very little that bothers me as much as people not talking during drafting. I can handle noop Oriannas npnp. But if you don't talk in these, I get irate. | ||

And while getting experience from something like this is probably great, at the end of the night it's like, I could have put those hours towards grinding ladder games and getting the next rank rather than gaining a modicum of skill. | ||

But that skill is easily measured by banking it for a week or two, then hitting up ranked ladder and noticing how easy it is to get promotions. | ||
