For me it's because IHs are about 10x more fun than solo queue. I'm at 7/10 in placement games though, I'll have to grind those out this week.

I think he's brought up his other jungle champs quite a bit (in relation to his lee sin). Also when I first saw pandabeargod playing in these inhouses he was going for a lot of opportunistic kills (which is good obviously, being in the right place/time to collect free kills) but now I definitely see him making plays a lot more instead of showing up after the play has been made. His timing has improved a lot in that regard.

Ares[effort] aka nimbus1 aka nimbeast aka #badlife is probably up there for most ranked games played improved as well. He was gold 3 before playing inhouses and now he's in plat 3 (close to promos to plat 2).
Though his blitzcrank is still pretty terror.
