I pretty much started crushing most of my yolo Q games after doing IHs. I've gone up from Gold 4 to Gold 1 while having like a 75% ish WR i believe. The only thing i've really learned how to do is jungle by picking up tidbits from Scip and Monte (to be fair i rarely ask for help because i've never felt dumbfounded as to why i've gotten wrecked...except with Vayne im bad, how 2 Vayne?

). What IHs helped me the most in is being confident in my assessment of my strengths/weaknesses and of champs so im more able to force better fights overall instead of doing it 95% on "gut feeling."

IHs are really awesome at shaking off the rust off champs one hasn't used in a while specially since my normal games tend to be pretty awful in terms of quality.

- If you are a lowbie (Gold or below), include what position you would be interested in working on. (List two)

- For each role, identify two champions you wish to improve on
AD: Vayne/Sivir

AP: Ahri/Lissandra
Top: Kennen/Lissandra
Jungle: Zac/Cho'gath

- If you are Plat or higher, just include rank and division

I have only participated in a couple days of in houses but I could see a big difference in my solo Q play. I went from silver 2 to gold 5 in about 2 days. My judgement playing jungle is still bad and I make auraswhere carry super hard when he's on my team. but my team fighting and positioning has improved drastically. I also agree that there needs to be a good post game discussion after every game. Even when I lane against a plat/diamond in a solo lane any advice I get from them is usually a big help

Pandabeargod definitely up there for most improved. The problem is that most people stop playing solo queue and just grind inhouses when they should be using inhouses as either warmups before playing solo queue or "check ups" to see what they can improve on (before going back to solo queue).
