It sucks, and I was mad as hell, but complaining wouldn't change that. Loss wasn't really my fault and there was nothing I could do to salvage it, just gotta move on. | ||

Our first and last pick were duo, who called bot together. Second pick grabs Ez, which I'm fine with because he has pick priority over last pick who wants AD. When the duo complains, he says "fine I'll play mid". Proceeds to feed like hell and blames Draven for "stealing" AD, even though he willingly gave it up. | ||

For sane people, if you're playing a champion for the first time, you're likely playing very safe, focusing on your abilities, and aren't taking risks because you aren't sure of your limitations. Once you get more comfortable with a champion, you're more likely to play riskier, dive, and go ham because you see yourself as extremely proficient with the champ in question. So while you get better with the champion and will likely understand it a lot more, you also have the chance of royally screwing up due to overconfidence. | ||

In the same game Cait also complained about me "taking 2 minions every wave" as lulu (at that point i had 9 minions, all of which i took while cait was somewhere else doing weird shit), when i just q'd the wave so she could more easily clear it because she somehow managed to get pushed into turret nonstop vs Ez. She also complained that i "put her in a bad spot" when i q'd a minion wave that was approaching when the enemy planned to dive us with their jungler. Other fine strategic ideas: Leona just left, so cait moves to do golems while a wave is approaching our turret. Leona still gone, so cait goes away and lets ez take turret for free. Why do i have a complete team of people who have NO IDEA how the game works at once, in plat? Next game: Ez says he has to restart at 1:30. Comes back at 10 minutes. And somehow I am the asshole because i complain about that. Fun. We somehow pull back and get ahead, only for people to get caught all day long. Then come the longest chain of fail ever witnessed. Ez dies again, because of "lag". Next guy gets caught. Next guy gets caught, all with full sight of the enemy team. This continues from their base, to our inhibitor with 4 seperate people getting caught 1 by 1. Only 2 of those were even there in the beginning, the rest just randomly walked close to them and died. They take our inhib. Then our Trist gets caught in our base and dies. Next guy gets grabbed, leaving me alone to defend our base turrets against their whole team. I was just facepalming at that point. Now i am back to 0 LP and will get demoted unless i win my next game. Of course i totally deserved that. And the funniest part? According to my team and the enemy team, being afk for the first 10 minutes of a match is not a reason to report someone. I don't get it. If your PC and/or internet sucks, don't play a game where your bad hardware ruins it for 9 other people. Or at least have the decency to apologize. But no. Not even that. Because it of course is not his fault. Funny how that has not happened to me a single time, but apparently happens so often to some other people. Edit: Yup, demoted. I play toplane. Endgame stats: Me 3/1, total 4/16. Honorable mention to my jungler udyr who went 0/6/1 all alone. I totally deserved to get demoted from 40 LP after these 3 games in a row. No i'll probably win 3 in a row, and end up not even back in the same league as before with a 3/3 record. Already happened to me. This league system is just retarded. I'm on a roll today. Next game i win bot hard, but the enemy has an absurdly fed soulstealer lb, so nothing we do botlane matter because she can still oneshot draven. Actually leaves me wondering why she isn't played more. Does she need to be really fed to be able to do that? Because it seems to be pretty impossible to stop her from blowing up your carry in teamfights, unless your carry decides to stay 1000 range below the frontline. | ||

2k behind and losing fights mostly because people are too dumb either - to group - to follow the laner I made them snowball on and that will bring less to skirmishes than them - to not engage 3v5 without vision - to not jump the fed Kayle And still only 2k behind (38 to 40). Guess we can just hold it till we're a bit stronger and fight, for once, 5v5, right? Nope, team surrenders because they're too busy raging at each other. Zzz. (For what it's worth the next game had 2nd pick instalock Sion when I told him to stop whining since he doesn't even know if the guy's good with Annie or not.) | ||

For some people, fun = competing. Yes it can also mean anger when you lose, but that doesn't mean it isn't a worthwhile pursuit for your free time. It is silly to me that people try to shoehorn video games into a single purpose. Some people play them to relax/have fun, others find it more fun to improve their abilities and compete to win. Just because you fall into one of those camps and not the other doesn't mean that others have no right to treat their games that way. The one thing you got right is that this thread is mostly boring BS that no one cares about, but that doesn't make it worthless. In fact, most threads on TL are boring BS that no one cares about, it is all just a matter of finding the right audience. In this case I still read this thread occasionally even though I don't play the game, just because I find many of the stories entertaining. | ||

I almost called him out on it but figured getting to red was more important. We ended up winning by a landslide diving shit and being up and inhib and all the mid turrets at 19 minutes with a score like 19-6. I made some misplays. Rengar empowered E should have been used after, not before Riven's flash in my level 4 gank. I did however get 2 kills early on from that when the enemy jungler showed and bot won by itself and Jayce got a kill when I used my ult to do a stealth gank. Unlike my normal Rengar games, not one of my ults was wasted and I did a good job maximizing the number of empowered strikes. If I'd called the Graves out I would have pissed him off and perhaps ruined the game for him and myself. Instead when he showed himself it allowed Ahri to get away and someone made the smart decision to ping to get us all to go back. | ||

why do people hate junglers so much. Really? HOW THE FUCK DO YOU EXPECT ME TO BE IN ALL PLACES ALL THE TIME? I help bot win their lane, cause for some reason, they always let bot solo, and everyone wants top. Mid kat gets wrecked by varus...how ? Anyway lets help her, so I get a few ganks for her too. Mundo and jayce top, gets totally destroyed by garen and nocturne. Mundo respose: Omg jungler you never gank top, If you cant jungle dont jungle. Fuck you, you first let adc solo bot, and then cant hold your tower, and blame the jungler for it. and when I tried to gank top, they always push the lane, and paint a giant sign that says GANK INCOMING. screw these guys. And the worst part of it all, at the end, kat has the nerve to call me a kser...hello you were getting destroyed in your lane, a little bit of gratitude would be nice. Also on a side note, sometimes it's just hard to get a gank off because of the hero type, your better of playing safe and not feeding, instead YOLO LETS SEE HOW THIS GOES!! | ||
