If you see they're dipshits but only because they're immature, have anger control issues, etc. you can try to channel your inner psychologist and lecture them in a proper fashion so that they understand that being fuckwads won't get them anywhere (they will still do the same next game, but you'd been able to stop the hemorrhage for your game and your ELO which is all what matters).
If, on the other hand, they seem like they're helpless retards that were born with moronic genes, then there's nothing you can do to stop it. But if it pisses you off and you won't let them get away with it but you know tribunal doesn't work, the trick is to outperform then in game then (this is the important part) insult and look down on them without using insults (to prevent yourself from getting banned for verbal abuse), but elaborate sentences instead. They always rage harder and harder because of your clever words until they explode and sell all their items and buy move really fast boots shurelyas and zeals/wards and start feeding nonstop and spamming all-chat blaming you all the time. By doing that you make the rest of your team "side" with you against the feeder and more importantly, you make that one player more prone to multiple reports instead of your sole report. And guess what, players who are reported by more than 3-4 players in the same game, have feeder builds, awful stats and horrible verbal diarrhea in all-chat tend to get banned way more often than players who just afk or insult other people.
The real deal here is to be able to determine which are recoverable cases and which aren't. Usually stats point on the correct direction. 2/4/1 Amumu rages at top laner? Probably he's frustrated because he's not finding the support he'd like to in ganks and therefore rages because he's too stupid to react in a productive fashion. 1/7/2 LeBlanc rages at bot lane for going 2-5 causing the enemy bot laners to roam mid? Probably he's a big piece of shit that should be wiped out off Earth.
And, of course, having patience to deal with their blatant stupidity and to execute the plan without tilting.

I love playing bot lane because I like trading and interaction between AD/support.
I hate playing bot when my support is outclassed by enemy support and I cant do crap. Cant blame them too because after the game it was a 1200 vs a 1800 normal game. T_T

This is the strategy I use for those really hopeless examples of subhuman beings. Don't discuss with them, just make sure they get the feeling that you'd rather classify them as an animal rather than a human being.
However, I do this for a completely different reason: I want them to rage and hurt themselves after the game because of how helpless they feel when someone condesecends to them instead of reacting to the stupid shit they talk. This gives me the satisfaction a tribunal ban (that probably won't happen anyway) could never do.

People have this notion that when a jungler comes to gank, they should get the kill. If the jungler gets the kill, he failed, and maybe even put the behind in lane. I have no idea how that works, considering their enemy will still be gone for at least half a minute, allowing them to do whatever they want, AND they still get about 150 assist gold. I have had people tell me not to gank their lane again after 2 successful ganks in 2 minutes, because i took both kills.

Just been playing coop vs AI games on my smurf to farm IP. Last game, trash Karthus disced all game, while the other idiots in game kept dying so they actually tried to surrender....how fucking retarded do you have to be to surrender against easy bots? Holy fuck...morons.

It's happened before actually. Other 4 players left after they got raped, so they just pushed mid. I wasn't fed so yeah, I died 1v5, rofl. I learned my lesson, always use beginner bots. Idiots are still going to die but you can still carry the game in your sleep.
On another note, I'm still pissed at how little IP I get from games and how long its taking to get to level 30. Such a boring grind, and playing without masteries/runes is just silly to me :/
Gotta have that smurf for Season 2 though yo.

low level smurf stories
Mordekaiser is godlike in games without junglers. Being able to push forever with zero pressure and take both wraith camps basically means other mid auto loses.
Shaco is also godlike, because people are supremely stupid.
Ashe is fucking terrible at carrying because it's so hard to get kills with her when team is uncoordinated as shit and no runes. Also no flash to escape dives.

Please god farm better farm at all auto attack them and dodge brands skills hes really bad and hes not placeing them well. they're flashing away from my dazzle beacuse they don't understand why I've double killed them twice now just fucking farm they arn't getting near you.

Well seeing Pantheon at 28 cs when Riven had 60+, I told myself "it's k, we don't count on him late anyway, rather on Cass and Kog/Nunu... oh shit they died for the 5th time trying to chase Blitz in the enemy jungle...".
Also had a "I'm gonna try and put up my jungle knowledge to good use" moment. Panth didn't bother to help my blue at all, so as Nautilus I was a good 20+ seconds behind Maokai. As I approach my red, I warn him "that's about when Mao's double buff ganking, be careful top", especially as I see him run past the creep wave to attack Riven.
Sure enough, less than 10s later, Mao pops out of the river with his buffs and ganks him for first blood.
