On the other hand, Solar must be thrilled he finally gets to avoid him for an entire tournament for once.

Feels like it's always the same patern Yeah he has the worst results for someone who almost always looks good that I can certainly recall. Not a bad playoff bracket, although I am still mystified how the qualification seeds to Gamers 8 work in case of already qualifying players meeting the threshold here, or elswhere. If Solar can’t take Clem out we’ve got a guarantee of an already qualified lad making top 4 here

Ragnarok also knocked out Serral last year. It would be pretty funny if he did it again, but knowing Serral I think he's had an X marked on Ragnarok's head since then and has been craving to get back at him.

Depending on the placement of the bracket too. The best draw as first opponent would have been easily Solar for him. Cure is excellent in TvP and if he brings his a-game he isn't only mechanically great but also very dangerous cause he plays a wide variety of annoying stuff. Actually for me Solar > Dark > ByuN > Cure from "good for hero to bad for hero" But the bigger issue I assume for you is the Ro8 opponent :D

Because every one of these Terrans in this side of the bracket has good TvP.

He played poorly vs Serral in that one match but other than that his PvZ is looking fine. Now he has to beat at least 3 Terrans in a bo5 and potentially one more in a bo7 and he'll have to surprise all of them in a statistically Terran favored match up.

How exactly is this the easiest bracket for him Because Serral is on the other side lol Maru only has to face one of Cure or herO (and thats if they beat HeroM) to make the finals. Dark, Clem, and Serral all represent as big or bigger opponents in my opinion

And he couldn't get Dark. I guess Ragnarok would be somewhat easier for the Ro8 as well, so maybe just average bracket luck in the end. Maru instead of Serral as the most likely semis opponent is also nice if he manages to get that far

Especially Cure - one of the best TvP players of all time. HeroMarine is easily the best TvP outside of Korea and has beaten herO before. He regularly plays against MaxPax and while it often doesn't go his way I do believe MaxPax is also better PvT than herO right now. IMO this has to be "step by step" case for herO. Also each opponent will have incredibly different style of TvP

herO would have to go Cure>HeroM>Maru to get to the finals. One of the hardest PvT gauntlet's you can get. He might even meet Clem in the final

He's got as good a chance as anyone of knocking him out except maybe Serral. And as for Serral being on the opposite side of the bracket, that goes both ways.
