it's definitely hell to follow, but it came about because players really wanted a more forgiving format when there's so few opens/majors every year like, this is SO obviously not a system any tournament organizer would come up with organically without a lot of input from players | ||

![]() Zerg had only 20% of players initially - but then they lost only 2 players in 4 rounds, and now Zerg represent 38% of remaining players. Terrans represented 29% of players, and half of them were eliminated. Protoss represented 51% of players initially, but whooping 75% of them were eliminated. And of course we'll probably get ZvZ finals, hehe. | ||
