Their race isn't comically subpar, that was IEM Kato 2019 not 2020. But there are some concerns regarding TvP (and probably TvZ as well but we haven't had the chance to see top TvZ yet) and we've been able to see it already at Katowice. I wonder if ESL taking charge will have any effect on the balance team btw, will be interesting to see.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Cure is outplaying Hurricane like if it was a pro vs a mid gm.

Terran absolutely is in a rough spot, even if its only due to a terrible map pool. Even though it is better than previous, its still not good.
