Which means TY has two options 1) Win against probably the best PvT in Korea ATM 2) Boost some random Terran(mjr Special?) TvZ so he wins the group instead of Dark I don't know, Kev ![]()

If there are about 100.000+ parallel worlds, then yes I guess there are 2-3 wehre Special and Fantasy both adavance ![]() But there are about 5000+ where neither advances

Not sure how really good his ZvT is if TY is on fire. Have been watching his streams lately and he has so far not mastered sky terran vs mass investor/corrupter late game. He is trying with liberator/battlecruiser combo like maru has but he is not macroing at anywhere near the same speed as maru, and his liberator/battelcruiser micro is also not up to par. I think he is going to struggle against dark going by his recent streaming performance.

I think we can cut the might as well, group B is at the end of August, I don't see Blizzard waiting this long. I presume the balance changes will come with the new ladder season, a week before the Ro16 starts and a week after GSL vs the World.

Charge nerf and prism nerf will affect every Protoss very hard if they go through as proposed recently. The positive aspect for Trap is that if the changes come out as I predict, it's unlikely there's gonna be any groundbreaking meta progress (a build that makes perfect use of the stim change) until his group is played Also they have to worry about beating Cure and herO before they worry about each other ![]()

His last match loss was to Gumiho, who was 2-0d by Armani this season. Special's form against Korean Zergs is unclear, as most of the matches he plays against them are against the same few that do online competitions regularly. In TvT, he has proven time and again that he's capable of hanging tough with all but that absolute best. Fantasy's a build man, adept with preparation. Always has been, so the long gap works in his favor. He has a good deal of relatively recent offline matches against other Zergs in this Ro16, so he isn't being held up by any degree of insufficient practice. Now, I'm no fool. Dark is the very, very clear favorite in this group. But as we've seen in the past, it's entirely possible to get complacent when you're the top overall seed and you've made what appears to be an A+ group selection (*cough*Inno*cough*). If Dark is too pleased with his results, this might not end up being the battle for 2nd that it appears to be.

Classic? Zest? PATIENCE? Sure, these will get hit harder than Trap. In PvT, PvZ is a different story.
