SC2 dev team needs to do something about those late games because they are just damn boring and unfun to both: play and watch. What's unfun is that one player won only thanks to the tournament's rules, not the game's. She also played better than Maru that game Debatable. She was incredibly patient and managed to fight back after seemingly being on the backfoot in a battle that ended with the only chance for Maru to draw was flying buildings into the corner. How can you say he played better when he litterally couldn't win and Scarlett could win/draw? It's apparent that he can win, at least when Scarlett decides to make possibly the worst Nydus placement possible! According to the "real" rules, Maru put himself in a position where he could either draw or win, there was no possibility of Scarlett winning. While it's not a knockout punch, and more like a draw in chess, he played well and I can't imagine a world where Scarlett could be said to have played better in G1.
Honestly, it was pretty much a guaranteed draw. I thought both played super well. The tenacity from both was really impressive during the nuke-push phase.

Oh I agree! I was responding to someone claiming Scarlett outplayed Maru in that game.

Researching ling speed and adrenal simultaneously is standard in this match-up.

That depot is going to burn down given how the rest of this series has gone

If I was into betting I would have to put money on Inno here.
Serral seems like a way too big favourite, the rates should be way more even.
|
Maru channeling the spirit of bunny with this drop
|
If it were legal in my country I'd totally bet Inno. I don't even think Serral is the favorite TBH.
|
Should've kept the back-up spawning pool.
|
this looks just terrible from both sides...
