If the cannon is at home, he might have killed enough zerglings and slowed things down enough to get his oracles back home. Of course, he probably loses a minute or two later to the next flood of Zerglings and banelings even if he survives the first attack.

Then Mexico-Denmark play their games before and get casted from replay. Now Brazil is forced to play their matchup at assigned time without their top player. It seems like rules are being enforced sporadically and inconsistently.

The Czech Republic had the same issue last year that Chile had this year. O'gaming is definitely showing bias against the first few letters of the alphabet.

Both TIME and Nice are pretty good foreigners. Macaws...not so much any more. Italy is a one-man team, so if any country gets past Reynor twice, GG.
Norway has probably the strongest single player with Snute. Scythe and Poseidon are decent (around 1.4-1.5K on aligulac).
Canada has 1.4-1.7 range in NoRegret, Jig, and Bioice. However, NoRegret has taken games off of some great Zergs, so they might have a chance with unorthodox builds.
Overall, I'd say China has the strongest total team, with Norway and Italy having very strong one-man teams, and Canada rounding out the bottom with two decentish players and NoRegret, who is kind of a tricky player.
