Or he does the build the same way he did and make 6-8 mutas and a 3rd, and keeps Major pinned down as he rushes to hive tech.

That build has never worked on LOTV, could be good vs mech but it's a true gamble You should tweet that at Bly so he never makes the same mistake of using it.
Bly is so unpredictible because himself doesn't really know what he is doing.

Granted, most of the wins against high tier opponents were also ling-floods
