All the abilities seem to have a pretty short window though or are narrow in application. For the science vessel if you hit an arbiter with an EMP it becomes a flying paperweight for ages. Irradiate is pretty versatile against zerg, can be used to take out key units, clear out mineral lines, push back mutas. Defense matrix has some nice utility. Compared to that the raven seems lackluster.

Compared to that the raven seems lackluster. Well in BW most abilities are kinda ridiculous. Imagine if blinding cloud lasted as long as dark swarm. And really I only meant by the general idea. Like scramble would ideally be like EMP, shredder missile would be irradiate and repair drone defense matrix. But shredder missile does no damage and scramble only lasts like 2 seconds.
