Don't see anything specific about the situation mentioned there. The closest one is about a player disconnecting and then not being able to reconnect, which just makes him lose the map not DQ the team. | ||

They sign up a third unknown who they never intend to play, just taking a loss in order to have enough players to compete in the tournament. Regardless, this was an established rule.
