Having a shield tax on it makes it so it's only really useful for multitasking between bases and the longer it's going on the worse it gets. You also probably don't want to shade directly on an enemey army anymore. I quite like that tbh. To be clear: There probably wouldn't be any cooldown on it anymore at all though, you don't need cooldown and "energy". | ||
