This isn't a tournament. It's a qualifier for the tournament. I don't see any rules being broken Travel and Residence Requirements " Non-Citizens must demonstrate habitation of a residence in their region one month before they are eligible for a WCS Circuit qualifier" Yes, rules are broken. Is this not clear? | ||
