You realize that he would be unable to qualify for Montreal if they didn't allow him to play in this qualifier? Of course I realize it. But rules are rules. Yes, he is eligible for WCS Montreal but he cannot compete in these tournaments. All statements are true. If they want to change rules - they should make it official. Otherwise this is bullshit. | ||
