Surprised no one from EU is trying to qualify in NA as well.
Looks like only Neeb will play in both tournaments.

You're not allowed to play in the ladder tournament of the other region IIRC.

This is for Regional Challengers, not NA/EU Ladder Heroes

worth noting that I believe Cham is ineligible due to the fact that he participates in copa america? Not 100% sure about that but I think that's the case
edit: and neeb's barcode and major are ineligible for eu

I'm pretty sure you are right because Major was saying he was ineligible for NA because of Copa last time and that's why he was playing so much on EU

Also, Mana being out of top 16 has almost the same amount of points of the number 1 spot of NA ladder. Why is this?

Snute is 33rd with 1038 points atm. Just hasn't played as many ladder games as the people ahead of him but has a 69.2% win rate
