The first event of EuroBow in 2016 is next Friday, May 27th, 2016 @ 8:00pm CET This event is an Open Tournament. Anyone can sign up to play.

Prize Money: $50 dollars will be distributed to the Finalists. The winner takes $35, second place makes $15.
*PayPal account required to receive any dirty dirty e-sports money.

RULES:

Check In: Players will need to verify their participation by checking in through Challonge. Challonge Check-In will open 15 minutes prior to the event. Players will need to then present themselves in the chat channel by 08:00 pm CET. Players will be given no more than 10 minutes to arrive before they are disqualified.
Chat channel: EuroBow on EU Server. This is where results will be reported to the Event Administrators.
Server: In all inter-server matches, EU will be the default server. Home server will be default for all intra-server matches. Players may play on a different server than the default server ONLY if both players agree.
Race Switching: No raceswap within a match.
Game Invites: Only players and casters will be invited to casted games, no extraneous observers. If players choose to invite observers to non-casted games they are welcome to. The reason for this policy is to present a clean professional stream, encourage viewers to watch the stream, and eliminate as much lag and interruption as possible. Once you have finished a match, please wait for the casted match of the current round to finish before beginning your next match OR get permission to begin from the event admin in the chat channel. We would like to be able to show a variety of players, not follow the same player through the bracket. Also, depending on volunteer availability, the casters may need to be acting as administrators and we want to always have a match to present on stream.
Series Length: All from the Ro16 on will be BO3. If more than 16 players participate, any matches prior to Ro16 will be BO1s. Finals are BO5.
Maps: Current ladder map pool will be used. Each round has different starting map. Loser of previous game selects map for next game. No vetoes. You cannot vote to play on the same map 2 times in the same match.
