US East is the best gameserver for people from South America after Brazil gameserver. US Central is the 3rd best. So in case of LatAm vs NA, East is the best option, followed by central, west is the worse of them all. And then you may end up seeing SEA vs LatAm, for that US Central - an average "bad" server - may be a fair pick (not optimal for any of the players, but it is fair, bad but fair). | ||
