Though the biggest issue is probably the missing delay on injects than invulnerability.

My razor-sharp gold intuition would assume 2 base muta, but it seemed like solar was pretty convinced that it was a nydus. How did he manage to outperform my golden game-sense skillz?? :o

I just wish they'd given the nydus a lot of armor while it's going up instead of making it flatly invulnerable in beta. Just to try whether that works out similarly. Either way it stays an all-in mechanic.

Add delay on transfuse, that's the start. Then you can add insane armor to the nydus worm(it is a worm that goes through some tough shit and survives, armor should be OK). Give it a short-term immunity - similar to vortex thing. This could make it workable. You cannot kill it with workers(armor), you need units, you cannot transfuse it with spamming transfuses like a madman(that's just pure idiocy, seeing how big burst damage you need to win against transfuses).
I would try +6 armor and 4sec invulnerability. Maybe HP buff.

So if I was a Protoss and I saw an attack like this, the first thing I'd do is add more pylons in my main. Is that good or bad? Also that build is so much stronger than it used to be since you can heal your roaches now.

I always thought that pylon overcharge was a huge nerf from nexus overcharge because of exactly the type of games we see now. Pylons just die super fast to roaches, so the damage over time is just too low to whittle down the zerg army.

Well, doesn't help they nerfed pylon overcharge to make it weaker against Terran without doing anything to help against early Zerg pressure/all-ins.

The other option is going forge/sentries but then zerg gets up to 90 drones on 2 gold bases faster than you can say "90 vs 200 supply".

It's not JUST gold bases though, the way zerg economy works makes these all ins super powerful on most maps. Gets going so fast (and ravagers factor in as well) that forge/sentries isn't viable. And that's what always held these roach/ling all ins. Straight robo isn't an option, void ray after first oracle holds it but you'd already need to have it scouted to even consider making a void ray. And you can't without suiciding an adept or smth.

if he had walked up that ramp while dark had three queens and like five lings he would have killed at least a bunch of drones or a hatch or maybe even taken the game.

Dark is one of the top Zerg players out there. I wouldn't dare to say that about anyone else but Zest right now(from Protoss players). Classic is close and then nothing. Stats cannot be overrated right now, no one except Zest has good and consistent results.

This was Stats 3 days ago . I think he overestimated how far ahead he was this time, and once you commit to so many Adepts and Phoenixes you have to attack because holding pushes is very hard.

So nobody is gonna comment on how god damn crisp that game 3 build was from dark? If I hadn't uninstalled I'd be stealing the shit out of that.
Think about it, there was a moment in time where he had below 50 mins and gas, 4 roaches pop right as 1 overlord finished morphing drop, then 2 roaches pop next to two queens right as the second overlord morphing, all the while overlord speed finished up right on time.
He turned the speedling queen drop all-in into an arguably more powerful build,that hits just as fast (if not faster), and isn't even fully committed!
Consider that stats had held rouge's drop all-in immaculately a week ago, and that dark even messed up his micro pretty badly (let aqueen walk through pylon w/o picking up or getting transfused). I mean god DAMN, the sheer solidness of that build has me all hot and bothered
