It's either Stargate into 3rd or 3rd into double stargate. Because if you don't, you die to mutas. This is not exactly nesserarily true, but that seems to be the view of players atm.

Effect of chrono nerf/larva nerf
You can't chrono out phoenixes in reaction to mutas as well as before, but they do more damage early so you might as well.
