can Koreans qualify through EU server, everyone wants to know

is there a mistake in the info on the qualifiers?
The most current ladder map pool is used which is now 2015 Ladder Season 4:
Bridgehead LE Coda LE Dash and Terminal Moonlight Madness Terraform Cactus Valley LE Iron Fortress
I guess it's a mistake. Or isn't it?

With that prize pool, is it even worth it to travel to Finland?
Was also hoping for a bigger event
My wife is due that week so there's a high chance I won't be able to attend!
I hope this doesn't mean the summer event won't have a big tournament either.

No ASUS ROG

Assembly has fallen to be a low-tier event sad because I usually really like the Assembly events.
As for Koreans going, not even worth. 1500 euro first prize? nah.

The first players to qualify are Reynor, Elroye and Jagelius. Congrats!
The 2nd qualifier is tomorrow Jan 17, 17:00 GMT (+00:00).
Edit: The last, postponed match from the 1st qualifier was played today Jan 18, 15:00 CET, and the 4th qualifier spot in the main tournament will go to Jauhis. Congratulations.

The last four players who qualified for Assembly Winter 2016 are Haspe, Tropic, Hymy and Jutso. Congrats!

The groups have been released, check them out at Liquipedia: Assembly Winter 2016.
Unfortunately Jagelius has cancelled his participation. His spot will be taken by the winner of an extra qualifying match between Satiini and WoodedMicrob who are next in line for the cancellation spot according to the qualifier results.
Satiini! Where have you been?
Satiini wins 2-0 over WoodedMicrob to take Jagelius' cancellation spot in the tournament.

The time of the final has been changed from 18:00 GMT (+00:00) to estimated time 13:30 GMT (+00:00) so the tournament can conclude before the IEM Season 10 World Championship SC2 European Final #2. Some players have earned a spot in the WCS qualifier and would naturally like to compete in it. Since the WCS qualifier is a big thing we are willing to accommodate the players' wishes.

AKA Serral is a boss!

All Fin tournament? On purpose or just how the qualifier worked? Regardless, curious to see how it turns out!

It's pretty crazy to think that Winter 2014's top 8 was all Korean.
Anyway, Welmu's quest for the triple crown is about to begin!
Welmu looking strong so far!
Calt with a pretty good game 1 against Namshar even though he lost.
Go Elroye!!! Edit: You can beat Namshar again!
So boring... ZvZ
Welmu, why?
Serral-Reynor is a great ZvZ, I like it. And best of all, it's already clear that a zerg will win the whole thing
GG Reynor. Well played tournament!
Zhuge goes for 3min break, so naturally Elfi starts showing cat pictures to the crowd... :p

The fights for zhuge have been amazingly awful. Shame considering he got ahead in a couple of games. :I
Come on Serral, the clean sweep!
Come on Namshar, take it home.
