Giving immortals +1 range was the right decision though. Protoss was in such an awful position at the time. Of course he also buffed infestors at the same time, so Protoss didn't really get a break.

Only 3 players ever beat Parting's WoL Soul Train: Sniper, Life and Suppy. Curious beat it by preempting it though.

I think he was being sarcastic because that change buffed bio and scv pulls way more than mech (if it buffed mech at all).

Immortals were barely used before that, as they just got stuck behind stalkers. Despite the soul train being a kinda degenerate build, or an extremely degenerate build if you were playing on Ohana, I still think the immortal buff was a good decision overall.

This is just your opinion though. Somebody might say the same thing about some race but they would get banned.

Agree. It would be awful for SC2. Its good enough that it's viable at GM. But, I hope it never is at top Pro level.
