I think it was DLO who said that it doesn't matter that Impact might beat HerO since HerO is 10x the player.

Short version, HerO beat Impact. Everyone freaked out and complained about Protoss OP. DLO (a protoss player and HerO fanboy) said: "HerO is ten times the player Impact is" and it took off from there, being reused every time somebody won a series, particularly when impact beat HerO in there rematch | ||
