But would you call Gumiho or SuNo top players? I would´nt. They are incredibly good, but they aren´t on the really top level of Maru,Soulkey or PartinG. People always underestimate Supernova. I try not to. But seriously, do you see SuNo as a top-5 contender for the Code-S championship? I´d say, it would´nt surprise me in the slightest, if he makes the quarterfinals, but after that he would be the underdog against most people. I guess everyone has different definition of top. Some is Top 5, for some, it is top 20, some will be Code S level.
For me "top" would mean of not being the clear underdog against anyone in the world. If you are a PartinG fan for example and he plays against Flash, Gumiho or SuNo, you are probably relaxed, although there is a chance he loses. If he plays Soulkey, Maru or Dear, you are probably really concearned, even if you still believe in him to win. That would make Dear,Maru or Soulkey top players IMHO. Ofc. that is subjective as well and has it´s exceptions (MMA was a top player in 2011, although he was´nt favored against any protoss at times), but that is the general idea I conjuct with the word top.

Yeah, I did. That's what I call a few flashes of old brilliance. That's also the thing fantasy had in R1 PL when he widowmined flash's bc's. Those players won't gain more skill the harder you fanboy, it doesn't work like that.

I never claimed he was always bad, he was a great player during wol, but in hots he's just one of the players.

The funny part is how he says Flash's win against DRG is essentially irrelevant because he's supposedly "bad" yet acknowledges DRG played very well this game. How are we supposed to extract any sense from this?
