If SHs would be the common way to play ZvP I would probably agree to you. But at the moment they are like mech TvZ has been for a long time. A funny tactic you see once in a while, leading to long positional play. I honestly enjoy the tension of the protoss trying to outposition the SH player while he has to avoid the slightest mistake which could cost him his whole army/base/whatever....
What PvZs have you been watching, it's getting more and more common

Uhhh...? I'm pretty sure it's a lot more common than Mech TvZ.
Also you think it's cool to have games where a single tiny mistake can cost one player (and only one player specifically) the game? :/

I've just always hated Maru/MKP style and their propensity to base trade at the drop of a hat, and take forever to gg. It's always annoyed me to no end =/
