The best 2v2 strategy is to disconnect one player early to get the resources for an insanely fast 6 pool.

I think 2v2 will always favour the more aggressive team because it will always be a 2vs1 until the defenders teammate arrives. Without a TP (ala War 3) and on a big map, that could take a while.That was a pretty damn amazing hold by the terran against zerg/bane/reapers though.

its also very strong in 3v3s, i remember losing to a team 3x in a row on ladder because of this.
Your whole team needs to put on their rush hats the second someone on the enemy team leaves or just die to mass units flooding your shit.
