But usually you do manage to find the time/space to get it when you're under mutalisk attack, even if you're starved. Minerals can always go into cannons to support your bases and slow down the muta ball. | ||

Nerchio really didn't allow for that time and space, not with all the delay on the 3rd base and the harass in the main and great corruptor control to keep the phoenixes away from the mutas. | ||

Over the time it took for Nerchio to finally kill him there was plenty of time to tech. Did he even have a twilight council? Teching is basically one of the few choices you got when you're contained anyway. | ||

He was basically constantly at 0 gas due to making phoenix and stalkers (you shouldn't really make many stalkers but Hasu had no choice). If he had saved it to spend on upgrades, he doesn't have enough phoenix for it to matter anyway. Nerchio stuck him between a rock and a hard place. | ||
