it's pretty unacceptable how blizzard prioritizes the making of the single player story over balance. esports and multiplayer needs to done first thing and focused on first. only about 10% of people who buy the game play the story. most people ladder and care about balance within the pro scene.
the single player story should be done last since most people actually just dont care about those types of things. this is why games like Dota2 or LoL has more players and viewers, they dont have a single player story that wastes time and resources.
