The thing is, Terran doesn't need any buff right now. And making more strats viable is a pretty strong buff in itself, other races have to be ready for more stuff. It would probably have to come with some kind of nerf. I'm not sure they would be willing to fuck up Terran as it is now just to buff mech :D

I'm pretty sure an Immortal nerf would solve everything. Just remove their hardened shield ability and change their name to (insert antonym of immortal).

with the reduced cost of cloak i think he should have mixed in a few banshees to get some harasment done and force some stalkers. With the thors later on he can get rid of observers in the battle and then banshees can be very good.

That's all you'd need to do.
That opens earlier timings with Siege Tanks which in turn changes the dynamic of the match up because as it stands now unless you want your attack to fail horribly like Bomber's you can't attack a Protoss player without both Ghosts and Vikings backing your army up which means the Protoss gets a free three base economy which they can do any number of things with.
Nerfing Hardened Shields does nothing vs Zerg since you need Forcefields anyway to protect the Immortals from Roaches but it helps tremendously vs Thors and Siege Tanks since Hardened Shields blocks 80% and 66% damage respectively.

By the time you got ghosts your opponent is already pushing you, taking the whole map, and/or building airtoss.

It's pretty good, also really shows that Whiplash really isn't that bad if you stick him with somebody he has a good chemistry with.
