Honestly Huk has been doing double robo a lot vT Terrans should probably put up a second starport much earlier. Equal viking and colossus counts in the final fight is not what you want.

The planetary fortress at strategic points should delay the protoss push enough to get a sizeable counter force. You can use the vikings to counter attack the protoss mineral lines or use them as part of your army and land them.

Yeah but it is hard to hit the exact ratio. How many vikings is enough when there is so much colossus. When I was writing that I thought that it could be better to start sacking workers and have both vikings and ghost because I dont think you can buy enough time with 2 PFs against a lot of chargelots.
Remember, most of your bio died in the first fight

Yeah it is hard. Use scans/drops to keep track of his composition. Keep in mind it's easier to remax on gateway units, so build ghosts after a big fight if you have to choose. If you know where his robos are positioned, you can scan to check if he's building colossi.

Well that was poorly managed. Start turret in mineral line and use two scans need be to get it finished.

This. Bomber has shown me the way. No need to get frustrated as hell in the late game when you can pull 30 scvs at 14 mins and have a strong all in.
