My only problem with aligulac is that it seems to either drastically change based on one result, or have players sit near the top with limited results. Nerchio is someone who I think could be removed if this were a list of current top 10 foreigners.

Oh right Scarlett was in Korea. Well I would still say HerO is better than her but that's a fairly impressive result. No argument from me that she's in any top 10 foreigner list.
