It's one of the good parts of bo1 for me, I'd rather bo3 but some of these well prepared builds are nice to watch from time to time.

Let's go back to doa and monti *cuts to tastosis* lol Why can't these stubborn Koreans have a co-production..

Huh? First beat Roro without resorting to "trickery". I thought it was a cool strategy, myself. And well executed.
And Rabiator, please stop. Not in a LR thread. Thanks.

What do you say about chain fungals then? Terrible logic. Ignoring that infestors shouldn't be able to do that in the first place, sentries both cost less to make, use less energy per forcefield and is much lower on the tech tree. But apart from that you're right.

haha that was funny, double casting indeed

Also ty shellshock for the LR

If the zerg scouts it, it generally doesn't work (the overlord clearing from the nixes was super important).
If the zerg is making a round of units they can occasionally pop at the same time as the drop delaying or stopping the push.
The zerg needs to kill about 2 sentrys to shut down the push.
It's a strong but fragile push, if leenock had spread creep from his main and out (like some zergs have been doing recently) then he would have had vision of the prism and been able to move the 5 hydras that were at his natural up the ramp and potentially delay the push long enough to hold.

If samsung has the power to stop that ... then there is something utterly wrong with Kespa.

No one cares if "Esf" goes down as long as the teams remain =/ Nshs and prime? I dont see it. Azubu? Maaaybe. Axiom? they will probably will stay around, but the team won't get much larger I think. And aside from mayybe ryung they are not good enough to be really relevant at the very top korean level anyways. (yeah i know the are doin good in GSTL but they are 20-14 in maps. Ryung alone has gotten 10 of their maps. The rest of the team is 10-10) Also they are in a different(comfortable) position than the other teams because they are not bound to esf. Startale MVP Fxo and Im look stable. Although startale players are slumping pretty hard right now and FXO is not doin that great as well (aside from leenock) Teams doing well enough is all nice and all, but who could affort the entry fee to ProLeague ? I can see LG being intrested in it, maybe Red bull ? I am sure other teams are intrested but i would have no idea if they could actualy cough up that amount of money.
Well If you want to stay relevant as a TEAM at the top korean level, i guess being in the next PL is the thing you HAVE to do. It's not really a question, seeing how GSTL will probably be dead and gone at the end of this season.
Also i don't think that Startale, IM and Fxo will have problems to pay such a fee.

Sadly Forcefield is a necessity due to Blizzards game design and focus on "mo stuff" and "mo killingzzz". Whine harder. There's a reason that sort of play isn't seen more and it's because it's so freaking difficult to pull off. Just appreciate how well First did that and save your rage for far more common, easier to execute strategic plays like proxy rax.

But it´s part of the game, isnt it? The problem is this map. The main base is HUGE and Zerg cant build stuff everywhere, so there will be blind spots to warp in - especially early in the game when you dont have a crapton of Overlords to cover everything and with Phoenix running around killing them.
On the flipside Zerg are too greedy / lazy to put a creep tumor in their own main base and this allows them to be abused by such a strategy.

Keep in mind that while First can do perfectly timed all-ins, he's also a superb macro player. ^_^ *shameless fan club creator*

I really never get why this tactic disappeared. I remember GSL and a MLG was infested by this tactic. It had, or at least felt like it had a 90% winrate. It can also be used with blink stalkers instead of the pheonix. Sentry drops on the mineral line also disappeared, even though you can now save your entire army with the mothership core. I guess the investment makes you too vulnerable to counter attacks and then you can never get a third base?
